Whether you’re using Thinkscape for Market Research or Team Intelligence, every session generates deep insights. With Thinkscape Reporting, the following materials are automatically generated for you. Here’s everything you get:

  • Session Summary Reports

    Immediately after your session, you’ll receive a Session Summary Report (SSR). The SSR gives you the consensus answers to the prompts asked of the group. It includes key metrics around sentiment, conviction, and engagement, plus summaries of comments, issues, and rationale.

  • Session Transcripts

    You’ll also receive a full transcript immediately after your session. The Session Transcript provides the complete verbatim text of every discussion in each of the interconnected ThinkTanks.

  • Insights Reports

    Later you’ll get a detailed Insight Report for each question that was asked in the session. This includes statistical analysis and quantitative metrics. It also includes a detailed review of the themes, ideas, and rationales that organically emerged in the session. 

  • Video Summary by Una

    Along with the Insights Report, you’ll receive a Video Summary by Una. Una is Thinkscape’s AI avatar. She represents the collective sentiment of your group. In this video, she presents an executive summary of their insights.

  • Advanced Analytics

    Advanced Analytics are provided as needed to enhance the standard analytics, depending on the engagement’s objectives. This can include additional statistical testing, cohort comparisons, and methodology-specific analyses.

  • Thinkscape Insight Studio

    You’ll also get access to Thinkscape Insight Studio. This interactive service allows you to replay the session in its entirety, with smart controls that allow you to zoom in on individual dialooue or zoom out to high level metrics. See below.

  • Watch conversations unfold from the point-of-view of any participant in any ThinkTank.

  • Pinpoint moments within the deliberation where insights emerge using keywords, ideas, or themes.

  • Gather in-context verbatims that illustrate critical insights, solutions, or findings.

  • Efficiently explore the discussions by navigating parallel streams, time-jumping, and adjusting playback speed.
